Open Tracking Consent — Compliant Open Tracking for CNIL, Garante and EU ePrivacy Rules

EU regulators now expect consent before an open-tracking pixel is placed. France’s CNIL recommendation has been in force since 14 July 2026, and Italy’s Garante follows on 28 October 2026.
