Contact Tagging for Multiple List Functionality

Acknowledging our customers' requests, we have devised an alternative solution to having the same contact in multiple email lists by implementing custom contact tagging. This feature allows users to create and apply unique tags to their contacts within Mailercloud, effectively simulating the functionality of multiple email lists without the need for extensive database structure changes. Users can now easily organize, segment, and target their contacts based on specific criteria such as interests, engagement levels, or demographic information, directly addressing the use case expressed by our customers. This innovative approach to contact management delivers greater flexibility and customization, enabling users to create tailored email campaigns that resonate with recipients and drive higher engagement rates.
